Online Therapy for When You are Tired of Coping Alone

Online psychotherapeutic counselling for adults across the UK. Together, we unpack the patterns keeping you stuck and explore the root causes of your difficulties. We work at your pace to quieten overthinking, break free from catastrophising, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Step out of your head and into a safer relationship with yourself

Do you constantly find yourself overthinking, catastrophising, or feeling stuck in your own mind? Do you carry a persistent sense of “not being good enough,” even when you are doing your absolute best? Living with constant anxiety and harsh self-criticism is exhausting. Therapy with me offers an online space that feels safe, respectful, and containing, while also being gently challenging when helpful. It is not about fixing you. It is about creating the space you need to understand yourself more deeply and to develop more secure, compassionate ways of relating to your thoughts, your history, and your feelings.

My Approach

How We Will Work Together

My approach is integrative with a person-centred foundation. This simply means that I tailor our therapy to you as an unique individual, and we always work entirely at your own pace. I am deeply interested in how your early relationships and life experiences shape your sense of self today —influencing your emotional regulation, your boundaries, and the patterns you find yourself repeating in adult relationships.

Alongside this reflective, depth-oriented work, I integrate evidence-based strategies from CBT and psychoeducation. This allows us to explore the root causes of your difficulties while actively equipping you with real-time tools to manage anxiety, interrupt intrusive thoughts, and ground your nervous system today.

Focus Areas

Core therapeutic specialisms

While we can explore a wide range of life challenges, the core themes of my practice include:

Self-Worth and Shame

Personal Growth & Self-Discovery

Unpacking intense or intrusive feelings that leave you feeling overwhelmed, and developing practical tools to navigate them without judgment.

Working through a persistent sense of "not being good enough," unlearning harsh self-criticism, and actively building self-trust.

Relational Patterns

Exploring attachment difficulties, relational anxiety, and the ways your past family dynamics might still be impacting your adult relationships today.

Navigating difficult life transitions, understanding repetitive behavioural loops, and intentionally cultivating a kinder inner voice.

Moving beyond immediate crises to explore who you are, what you value, and how to live a life that feels genuinely authentic and fulfilling to you.

Self-Sabotage & Change

Boundaries & People-Pleasing

Exploring why it feels difficult to say no, identifying your personal limits, and building the self-trust needed to set secure boundaries with others.
